Follow the below steps to create multiple rounds in a test:

1. Click on the "Questions & Rounds" option under "Contest Details".

2. Enter round title & description and Save it. Your first round is successfully created.

3. To create more rounds click on the "Add More Rounds" option and save its details as well.

4. You can create up to 5 rounds in a test.
